A Four-Week Online Workshop Led by Kay Marie Porterfield
Four Lessons and Individual Mentoring – Begin at Any Time.
Drawing, painting, and pasting offer a playful way to access and express feelings and memories and to gain deep insights about yourself. Unlike art journals that focus on designing pages to create a specific look, visual journals offer a free-flowing and non-threatening way to liberate your creativity and reclaim your inner wisdom.
Anything goes – it’s your journal.
Discover the Power of Visual Journaling
Each week for four weeks you will receive a new lesson that includes instructions on visual journaling techniques as well as journaling prompts that combine visual images and writing. You’ll also learn powerful ways to access the wisdom of the images you create. Every lesson includes several color photos to get your creative juices flowing. You will have the opportunity to engage in an email dialog with me throughout the month for individualized instruction an support.
